Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the unavoidable circumstances and health risks that has arisen due to COVID 19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended our policy of 101 nights trial until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Return:We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible! To return your mattress, call us on +91 98807 30400, and we'll work with you to have your mattress picked up by one of our logistics partners ASAP.

There's no need to keep the original packaging. Once the mattress is out of the packaging, you can get rid of the same if you have no use for it. Once you are ready to return, we will send you the packing material separately. Our courier partners will arrange to pick up the mattress and ship it back to us.

Exchange:If you like to exchange your mattress for a different Zone8 Mattress, all you have to do is give us a call on +91 98807 30400. Our support team will take you through the process and place your new order over the phone. The difference in cost between the two items will be charged or refunded to your account accordingly.

Refund:Please note that though refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned mattress, it may take up to 21 days for the refund amount to be credited to your account. Also, returns of mattresses purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces will go through their respective customer support team and policies.
