Refund Policy

Due to the unavoidable circumstances and health risks that have arisen due to COVID 19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended our policy of 101 nights trial until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you order from support@thezone8.com.

However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not match your original order. In such cases, we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Service Team on the day you receive the mattress. Kindly do not use the product if it needs to be replaced.

You can call us at +91 98807 30400 between 0900 Hrs and 1700 Hrs on all working days. We will get back to you and guide you through the replacement process.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. You are required to sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) clearly mentioning that the products have not been accepted due to damaged conditions.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Our Replacement policy is valid only on Mattresses and not on accessories purchased from the Zone8 Mattress website.
  • This policy does not apply to customized or non-standard mattresses.
  • Mattresses damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Our warranty terms will apply in such cases.
  • Mattresses damaged during transportation will be replaced with a new mattress within ten working days.
  • Unpacked products must be adequately repacked before their return to ensure no further damage is done during the transportation back to the warehouse.
The following shall not be eligible for replacement:
  • Misused Mattresses
  • Tampered Mattresses
  • Stained and/or soiled mattress
  • Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

Cancellation

Any order once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Refund:Please note that though refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned mattress, it may take up to 21 days for the refund amount to be credited to your account. Also, returns of mattresses purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces will go through their respective customer support team and policies.

Applicable Law

All sales and interactions with Zone8 Mattress shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes with Zone8 Mattress, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts/authorities/forums in Bangalore only.
