Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in
any manner. You are required to sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) clearly mentioning that the
products have not been accepted due to damaged conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
Our Replacement policy is valid only on Mattresses and not on accessories purchased from
the Zone8 Mattress website.
This policy does not apply to customized or non-standard mattresses.
Mattresses damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Our
warranty terms will apply in such cases.
Mattresses damaged during transportation will be replaced with a new mattress within ten

Refund:Please note that though refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your
returned mattress, it may take up to 21 days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
Also, returns of mattresses purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces will go
through their respective customer support team and policies.
All sales and interactions with Zone8 Mattress shall be governed in accordance with the laws of
India. In case of any disputes with Zone8 Mattress, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
courts/authorities/forums in Bangalore only.
